RCI is the central agency that regulates and monitors M.Phil. Clinical Psychology programs in India. They recognize such institutions that can offer M.Phil Clinical Psychology Programs. They have set a minimum standard for Universities and Institutions who wish to run such programs and only after following the guidelines they get RCI Recognition. RCI also provides licenses to such students who complete the M.Phil. Clinical Psychology program from these institutions. And they maintain the record of such individuals on their website. Only after getting RCI License one can work as a Mental Health Practitioner/professional in India.
